Just Couldn't Say NO!!!
I recently received a call from someone I don't know, who had just returned home from a trip to Kansas to visit her 85 year old grandmother. She found these old quilt blocks her grandmother had made and wanted to find someone to put them together for her. (Her grandmother told her to throw them away.) Anyone who knows me, knows that I love old quilts. The blocks weren't done with the best workmanship, but then a lot of them weren't as they were usually self taught. To make a long story short....I couldn't say no! Here is a before and after picture. I will post another one after I find someone to quilt it. I think her grandmother will love it!!!

Beautiful! I love this little girl pattern. My own grandma made this same one on many things and I'm sure there was a few quilts in that list. So nice of you to put them together and make a keepsake out of them that I'm sure will be treasured for a long time!
